Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the day of the purchase for in-store purchases and/or online in-store pickup orders. We accept returns for shipped orders within 14 days of the date the order was delivered. Meaning we need to receive the merchandise back within those 14 days.
Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse unreasonable returns or exchanges.
We do not issue refunds to any form of payment, only store credit. Credit will be issued in form of a gift card and must be used within 30 days of the issued date. Gift card can be used in store & online.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once the order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Why|not? is not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.
All pieces with glitter/sequins/rhinestones, accesories (jewelry | bags | hats | belts | bralettes), bodysuits, swimwear & shoes are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. Any piece of merchandise purchased on sale, with discount or reduced in price is also final sale.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Gifts can be exchanged until December 31st.
